VIBRATING SCREEN
Screening is the heart of crushing plant as it plays a major role during crushing as well as in final separation. We, SRP Engineering Industries manufacture inclined screens with salient features like weld free side frames, twin shaft drive and adjustable stroke magnitude. Our vibrating screens are custom designed such that they can be used for primary, secondary and tertiary screening.
WELD FREE SCREEN BODY FOR HIGH DURABILITY
Our Screens are made with heat treated weld free steel plates for high durability and to have high resistance for vibration. In this way we restrict the crack initiation due to vibration around the drive unit.
JAM NUT ASSEMBLY SIDE PLATES
Our vibrating screens are equipped with Jam nuts/Lock nuts to fasten the screen frames with side plates to prevent the loosening of fasteners due to vibration. This reduces the overall labor costs, maintenance costs and ensures workplace safety.
TWIN SHAFT DRIVE SYSTEM
Our Vibrating screens are also equipped with twin shaft drive system connected by universal joint which can be detached easily from the assembly. This type of drive system reduces down time as well as servicing cost.
